36th Mycotoxin Workshop

The 36th Mycotoxin Workshop will brings together scientists working on all aspects of mycotoxin research. Fundamental issues of chemistry, biosynthesis and biological function of mycotoxins will be covered along with toxicology, health implications, technical development in mycotoxin analysis, and food and feed safety issues.

Mycotoxin Workshops have a long tradition and unique features that attendants appreciate: all lectures take place in a single hall (no concurrent sessions), all speakers have equal amount of time (no keynote lectures), and the participants have plenty of time for informal exchange in breaks, during poster sessions and at evenings.
