This five-day intensive hands-on workshop is for those wishing to obtain practical training in surgical techniques for the laboratory mouse. A wide range of surgical procedures is taught and students are encouraged to submit requests for specific procedures. In addition to surgical procedures, topics covered include aseptic surgical technique, injection techniques and submandibular blood collection.
